What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! You can return unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund. Just use the returns note in your parcel, fill out the required details, pack the items, affix the provided Smart Label, and drop off the package. We'll deduct $10 from your refund for return shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means we can't modify or cancel orders once they're placed. Please double-check your order before confirming at checkout.
